1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and betzula ("betzula", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at betzula.ws. These Terms govern all use of the betzula website, mobile-optimised platform, products, services, promotions, and any communications between the Player and betzula.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any casino game on betzula, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. betzula reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with betzula's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between the Player and betzula.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific, promotion-specific, or product-specific rules published on betzula, the more specific document shall take precedence over these general Terms with respect to the matter in question.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register and maintain an active betzula account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and are registering on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended betzula account;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from betzula or had your account closed for fraudulent activity;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of betzula, nor are you a close family member of any such person.

During or after registration, betzula may require you to submit identity verification documents, including but not limited to a copy of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withdrawal restriction until verification is complete.

betzula operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in accordance with its international gaming licence obligations. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3 Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) betzula account only. Registering, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different names, different devices, different payment methods, or different IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your betzula login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. betzula will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your betzula account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify betzula immediately by contacting the support team.

betzula accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure.

betzula reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including where:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, match-fixing, or system exploitation;
• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The account holder is found to be under the age of 21;
• The account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with betzula's dormancy policy;
• betzula is required to do so by a regulator, law enforcement agency, or court order.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

betzula processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, USDT (TRC-20), and Bitcoin. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits made to your betzula account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. betzula does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits received from payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published in the betzula cashier section and are subject to change. betzula does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are the Player's sole responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Any active bonus funds must have their associated wagering requirements satisfied in full before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the betzula account;
• betzula targets a withdrawal processing time of under 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, though actual timings may vary based on network conditions and internal review requirements;
• betzula reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests, particularly large or unusual amounts, which may extend processing times.

betzula reserves the right to refuse or reverse any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the account will be placed under review and the Player notified accordingly.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

betzula offers a range of bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL season promotions. Eligibility criteria for each promotion are stated in the specific promotional terms.

General bonus rules that apply across all betzula promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players aged 21 and above only;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be met using real money bets placed within the eligible game categories specified in the promotion — bonus bets do not count toward clearing bonus wagering requirements unless explicitly stated;
• betzula reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it reasonably determines that the bonus was claimed or used in bad faith, through collusion, or in violation of these Terms;
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless expressly permitted in the specific promotion terms;
• betzula reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not prejudice the ability of players currently in progress of satisfying valid wagering requirements from doing so.

PSL seasonal promotions, cricket betting bonuses, and special event offers are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion and are incorporated herein by reference. Pakistani players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, and all other cities are subject to the same promotional terms.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on betzula's sportsbook — including cricket, PSL, kabaddi, football, UFC, and all other sports markets — are subject to betzula's betting rules as published in the relevant sport or market section of the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable betting rules for that market.

Bets are considered final and binding once accepted by the betzula system and a bet reference number has been issued. betzula reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on an event that had already commenced at the time of placement, where real-time data was not available;
• There was a manifest pricing error (palpable error) in the odds offered;
• There is evidence that the bet was placed as part of a coordinated arbitrage or match-fixing arrangement;
• The event is abandoned, postponed, or ruled void by the relevant sporting authority under conditions specified in the applicable betting rules.

All betzula casino games — including live dealer tables, slots, fishing games, and Vivo Live products — use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published in each game's information panel.

betzula's live casino games are provided by certified third-party studio operators. Game rules and procedures for live games are governed by the live studio's own published game rules, which are available within each game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a live casino game, betzula's liability is limited to the return of the original stake for the affected round where the outcome cannot be determined.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betzula platform:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person;
• Bonus abuse — Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using software to exploit promotional mechanics, or any other scheme designed to obtain bonuses in bad faith;
• Collusion — Coordinating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Match-fixing — Placing bets on sporting events where you have knowledge of or involvement in the fixing of the result;
• Automated betting — Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform in any way not explicitly permitted by betzula;
• Money laundering — Using betzula to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of illegal activity;
• Chargebacks — Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or disputes in connection with betzula deposits;
• Exploitation of errors — Taking advantage of technical glitches, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to obtain winnings that would not otherwise have been payable.

8 Responsible Gaming

betzula is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire Pakistani player community. The platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools to help players maintain control over their betting and gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered account holders without restriction and can be activated at any time.

betzula's responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your PKR wallet. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling period when increased;
• Session Time Reminders — Configure automatic notifications to alert you when you have been active on the platform for a specified duration;
• Reality Checks — Periodic on-screen messages during gameplay showing your net gaming position for the session;
• Cooling-Off Periods — Temporarily suspend your betzula account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your betzula account if you believe gambling is causing you harm. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period selected;

betzula enforces a strict 21+ age policy and performs ongoing age verification checks. Players who identify themselves as problem gamblers or who are flagged by betzula's responsible gaming monitoring systems may be required to interact with betzula's support team before continued platform access is granted. 9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betzula shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the betzula platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if betzula has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

betzula's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

betzula does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. betzula makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of the platform or its content.

betzula shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay arises from causes beyond betzula's reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, natural disasters, internet or telecommunications failures, or any other force majeure event.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the betzula platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data feeds, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of betzula or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betzula platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any betzula content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any betzula software;
• Create derivative works based on any betzula content;
• Use betzula's trademarks, brand names, or logos without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of betzula's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

11 Termination

You may close your betzula account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures and KYC verification requirements.

betzula may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7, or if betzula is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction. Upon termination for cause, betzula reserves the right to withhold any balances pending investigation and, where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, to forfeit such balances and refer the matter to the appropriate authorities.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature are intended to survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect following account closure or termination.

12 Amendments

betzula reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, betzula will publish the updated Terms on betzula.ws with a revised effective date. Where reasonably practicable, betzula will provide notice of significant changes via the platform or by email to registered account holders.

Your continued use of the betzula platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

betzula operates under an international online gaming licence. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which betzula holds its gaming licence. By using the platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the betzula platform.

In the event of a dispute between you and betzula, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance, as the majority of queries and complaints can be resolved quickly through direct communication. betzula aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

If you are unsatisfied with betzula's response to a formal complaint, you may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution service designated by betzula's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available from betzula's support team upon request.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer to the extent that such rights cannot be excluded or restricted by contract under the law of your jurisdiction.
